I have completed the game but I still don't know how to get digger drill..

You get the digger drill by trading spheres or other stuff to the miners underground. They are found everywhere, just have to look for them.

In eterna city the house next to the Pokemon center complete all of the old man's request's and he'll give you a digger drill, also from different mr.goods underground

The digger drill can be obtained multiple ways.

Once you've dug a sphere underground, talk to the Underground Man in Eterna City to get one.
While underground, there are multiple hikers that offer the Digger Drill. There's at least one hiker that offer it every day, at least. So keep a look-out for them!

You need to speak to the old man in the house next to the Pokemon centre in eterna city

You have to be under ground, Im sure you have to find some person underground and trade some of your spheres for it.

Talk 2 every person who sells stuff then you will find 1

In eterna city there is a house next to the Pokemon centre. Inisde there wil be an "underground" man he will get you underground and give you several tasks. When the tasks are complete you can go underground and create your own secret base.

You have to go underground and trade for it.

Talk to the guy who gave you the explorer kit or trade with people underground.

Ypu have to buy one in the underground, for spheres

Ok, in eterna city, there's this old digger guy (it says on the sign by his house) and he asks you to complete tutorials.
Once you get to the third, I think, he'll give you a digger drill.
I might be wrong about the number, but he definitely gives you the digger drill.
