HM08 Rock Climb can be found on Route 217, near a house on the western side of that route. Also, once you've obtained the item, go into the nearby house to obtain an Icicle Plate from the hiker.

The route just before snow point city if you go into all the houses on that route and 1 will say somethin like I had a hm and I droped it go behind his house and you will find him.

I believe you find the hm Rock Climb on route 217 right above a house.If you find it then you should go inside that house and talk to the climber guy and he will give you the icicle(sorry if mispelled)plate.Bye from
