Okay I no them now but I'm really stuck on the following 1)how do I get..

1. Good rod I don't remember but the super rod is in north western "Fight Area" there is a fisherman right next to the gate out the northern exit who will give it to you.

2. Paralyze and get it health down... It's very annoying but your best bet is to chase it at night and use dusk balls. I caught almost all my legendaries with them.

3. I don't understand what you mean but I hope this info helps. You can evolve eevee into is 4 generation form by making it grow a level in eterna forest or the route where you find an icy rock

Super Rod: Once you've obtained the National Dex and beaten the E4, a fisherman in the northwestern Fight Area will give it to you.

2. The key to Mesprit is to use a Haunter/Gengar that know: Mean Look, Hypnosis, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse. Use Mean Look on Mesprit on the first turn.
The key to all three of them is to use Hypnosis, and then Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse until their health are in the Red Zone. [Start using Hypnosis/Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse AFTER you've used Mean Look on Mesprit. Start the battle using Hypnosis for Uxie and Azelf.] Then, just start throwing Ultra Balls on Mesprit, and Dusk Balls on Uxie/Azelf. You should eventually catch all 3 of them.

3. I have no idea what you're talking about... I think you're talking about Leafeon and Glaceon... To get them, you must first obtain the National Dex. Then, talk to Bebe in Hearthome City to get a free Eevee, and find another Eevee in the Trophy Garden by using the Poke Radar. Get both Eevees to like you a lot, and then to get Leafeon, go to the Moss Rock in Eterna Forest and train Eevee one level there, and to get Glaceon, go to the Ice Rock on Route 217 and train Eevee one level there.
