The only way to get a manapy egg is to complete Pokemon ranger and trade the egg to diamond or pearl. Or find a friend or someone on wi-fi that will trade one to you

Once you've traded in the Manaphy egg from Pokemon Ranger, go in any pokemart and talk to a guy in green clothes. He'll give you the Manaphy egg. Simple.

You get the egg from a man in a green outfit in the place where you buy all you pokeballs and potions, but thats only after you type in the cheat.
