Complete the leauge and get the national poke dex Regigigigas is in there so take regirock,steeland ice in

First, get the National Pok�Dex if you haven't already.
Next, migrate Registeel, Regice and Regirock from Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald. Keep them in your party and then you can go to Snowpoint Temple.

You have access to it once you obtain the National Dex.
At the bottom is a statue of Regigigas, which will come to life once you've migrated the 3 Regi's from Ru/Sa/E, and when all 3 of them are in your team.
