I just beat pastoria gym. Now what do I do or where do I go?????

Go to the Hearthome City Gym.

Talk to a Galactic Grunt in the northeast corner of Pastoria City. Follow him, battling your rival along the way, until he tires and eventually battles you. Talk to Cynthia, and she'll give you the Secretpotion to give to the Psyduck on Route 210. So go there, and give it to them, and talk to Cynthia again. She'll ask you to deliver the Old Charm to her grandmother in Celestic Town. So go through the rest of Route 210, which is foggy. So use Defog [if you want], and once you're in Celestic Town, heal up, and battle the Grunt in front of a cave in the middle of town. An old woman will come up, who happens to be Cynthia's grandmother, and takes the Old Charm. Go in the cave, examine the picture on the back wall, and Cynthia's grandmother will come up again and give you HM03 Surf. NOW, go to Hearthome City, and talk to Fantina in front of the Contest Hall [if you haven't already]. You can now battle the 5th gym leader in Hearthome.
