If I want a shiny giratina how much times do I have to reset the game..

A lot. I heard it of few people who tried it and it took them over 10,000 tries

You now the chances of getting a shiny is 1 / 8124 ( some number like that ). So if you reset your game 8124 times you will still hgave a 1 / 8124 chance of getting a shiny giratina. The normal giratina has a grey and yellow body. The shiny versio has a yellow body ( about 75 percent ) and grey claws round it's head , also a blue belly and dark blue wings. Any shiny Pokemon of any kind is very rare to come by. It may take you 2 times to reset it, or it may take you 200 times to reset it, possibly more.

My advice is, "who cares about a shiny pokemon? Just catch him."
