To get Rock Climb go to the western side of Route 216 and head south. Evetually you will find a house with a poke ball behind it. Rock Climb is in it. Defog is given to you by a guy with green hair(looks like an Ace Trainer) inside the Great Marsh near the enterance. To go to Lake Acuity, you need to beat Cynthia in Snowpoint City

HM08 Rock Climb is obtained on Route 217, near a house on the western side of that route.
HM05 Defog is obtained in the Great Marsh Safari Zone [in Pastoria City], from a guy to your right near the entrance.
You can enter Lake Acuity once you've obtained the seventh badge.
To get to the lakefront, you have to go through Mt. Coronet starting at the entrance near Celestic Town. Then, go as far north as you can, and you'll be on Route 216 in no time. The route in Mt. Coronet [at this point] is really basic, so you'll have no problem getting to Route 216. Go through Route 216, and through Route 217 [picking up HM08 Rock Climb], and you'll be in the Acuity Lakefront. You can't enter Lake Acuity, because, like I said, you need the seventh badge, first. So you need to continue onwards to Snowpoint City and get the seventh badge.
**NOTE** While you're on Route 217 and after you've picked up HM08 Rock Climb, enter the house you're near and talk to the hiker to get the Icicle Plate.

Rock climb is located next to the house inbetween the snow routes.Just behind the house outside is a pokeball(rock climb).To get defor,go to pastoria city and enter the great marsh.A guy is giving it away at the entrance of the place.Sorry I forgot how to go to Lake acuity ^^
