The Move Deleter's house is in Canalave City, and it's the first house south of the Poke'mon Center.

Canalave City, below the Pok�mon Center, or above the Pok�Mart.

It's in canalave city it's the house that is almost under the Pokemon center

Its in canclave and I'm pretty sure that it's either the first or second house when you first enter the city.
