Does anyone know how to get a shiny Pokemon, or know a site with guides..

Here's how to get Shiny's;

Equip the Poke'Radar as Y, and go out into a large group of grass that almost covers the screen. Use it, and go to the normal ones, not the shimmering ones. You'll encounter a Poke'mon. Kill it or capture it. After you do either, more grass will show up. Go to the furthest grass away from you that you see, and step into it. It should be the same Poke'mon. Defeat it, and do the same thing. This is called 'Chaining'. If you have the Poke'App number 20 (I think it is), it shows how many of the same Pokemon that you've defeated. After defeating a good amount (lets say 20), without breaking the chain, you'll have a better chance of actually getting the shiny Pokemon you want. Remember to bring item's such as PP Restore, and have at least 2 lvl 100's, and a Poke'mon around the same level as the shiny to weaken it.

Get really lucky or cheat

I know two ways:
1. Run around and hope to find a shiny pokemon. (1 out of 8192 of a chance to find a shiny pokemon.)
2. Use a cheating cartridge like Action Replay DS, or Gameshark.

A shiny Pokemon is very rare, and the chance of you running into one is about 1/6000.
There is a shiny version of every Pokemon, that I am aware of, but as I said, the chances of you running into one are extremely slim.
Using an AR, which I do NOT reccomend, you can use codes to encounter a certain Pokemon that can be shiny.

Shiny Pokemon are completely random, and, as I've said, completely RARE.

You have about a 1 in 8102 chance of finding a shiny Pokemon in the wild.
You would have to be very lucky to find them.
You find shiny's by searching in the wild.
