Wen does riolu evolve and do you need to giv him an item or something
(hes lvl 15 now)

Battle with it a lot become friends with it give berries poffins and stuff then lvl him up in the day and hell evolve usually this takes him up to lv. 20-31 to become friends

He evovles into Lucario during the day when his friendship with you is to the max.
Doing these things can help:
- Have him hold the Soothe Bell.
- Battle with him a lot, and never let him lose.
- Keep him in your party, and never put him in the PC even for one minute.
- Give him status uppers, such as HP Up.
- Give him berries that increase happiness.
- Give him massages, preferably the one in the Resort Area.
You can check the progress you've made with him on your Happiness Checker Ap on your Poketch. If you click and hold the stylus on your Riolu, and you see two big hearts, then his friendship with you is to the max.
