What: it's a hotel where people stay and you can battle the people in the restaurant. Theres items around and lake valor is close by
Where: it is tothe right of pastoria and far south of veilstone.

Hotel Grand Lake is around Lake Valor. It is the only place where you are able to get a Lava Cookie(unless of course, you migrate), there is a restaurant where you can get some battling in, and if you've completed your Pokedex, you can get a Diploma for your achievement. You can also get TM92 Trick Room from one of the people there. It's a pretty cool, albeit unnecessary place.

Its on your way to sunnyshore and near a lake it's just a bunch of houses but no real city
