Question for Pokemon Diamond
Earlier I asked why my blastoise wont forget surf but I probably didnt make myself clear. I've been to the move deleter and he wont let me. He says your blastoise is not willing to forget the move surf.how can I make him forget surf!
This is on pokemon emerald and i need him to forget surf so i can migrate him to diamond.

Its because it I think the only Pokemon that knows Surf. Just catch a wild tentacool or a Water type pkmn make them learn surf and release them later on.

You obviously got the Blastoise from FR/LG, so trade your Blastoise back into that game to forget Surf. If that doesn't do it, I don't know what to tell you.
