Question for Pokemon Diamond

I have 2 questions:

1. I've looked everywhere for eevee behind the Pokemon mansion and I can't find the man in hearthome city who gives you it (where abouts is he in hearthome city) so how am I supposed to get it?! Please help!

2. Also I can't find ditto, apparantly he's around route 218 but I've searched there for ages is there any other place I can find him.

Eevee will only appear behind the Mansion is you talk to the owner in the room on the right and he says that an Eevee came to him. The girl who gives you Eevee lives next door to the Pokemon Center

You need to use the Pokeradar or migrate one from the GBA games

1.The person who gives you Eevee is in the house right next to the Pokemon Center.I f you want another one,you have to talk to Mr.Backlot every day and wait "til he says their's Eevees in the Tropph Garden thatday.

2.The most logical answer I can think of is that you aren't using your pokeradar

1. To get eevee you need the national pokedex go in the house next to the Pokemon center, make sure there is a free spot in your party, talk to the person and you will get an eevee.

2.Ditto is on route 218 in the grass use the pokeradar (obtained at palpark from Prof. Oak after obtaining the national dex)

For both questions, you need the National Pokedex and the PokeRadar.

1. It's a GIRL in Hearthome City. Bebe, the woman who made the PC Software? She's in the house next to the PokeCenter. You can also find Eevee in the Trophy Garden, but you need to use the PokeRadar to find him.

2. Ditto IS on Route 218, but you need to use the PokeRadar to find him.

Both Eevee and Ditto are apparently rare [but Ditto isn't rare in my game].

1. You get eevee at the lady in the house next to the Pokemon center(bebe)

2.saposeivly their going to be a mass out break their but to find out you have to talk to dawn's or lucus' sister shell tell you when it's is. And yes their is you can migrate it from one of your gba games if you chaught it their
