What would you give Pokemon diamond out of ten and whats the best bits? (i'm thinking of getting it so i'd appreciate comments)

I'd give it a 9 because you can't get Cyndaquil or Lugia in the game without migrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Out of ten I'd give diamond a nine. The best bits are great graphics, migrating abilities and all new Pokemon and legendaries! If you want more info, look at reviews of the game but I suggest you get the game pronto!
