Question for Pokemon Diamond

Yh Erm I can't find were you get the key in hotel grand lake were you give it to the girl/woman and I have tried using the dowsing machine but it wont find the key

Go outside the hotel walk to the left walk don't look press A and it should be there then give it to the girl and she'll give you a lava cookie.

Okay... Go in the entrance to the Hotel Grand Lake, where the guy behind the counter asks if you're staying and realizes you have no reservations, and then he ends up healing your pokemon. Now, go towards the Hotel Grand Lake. Right when you exit the building, use the Dousing Machine. If you get no results, go to your left and up the stairs and use it there. You should find it eventually.

But once you give it to her, all she gives you is the Lava Cookie, which is basically another version of Full Heal.

Use you pokeapt near the enternce of the rest spot (wear the ploice guy is but outside it should be to your left once outside
