Train your Tyrogue to level 21. SAVE YOUR GAME! Now, check out his stats. His Attack and Defence stats should be pretty close to being the same. However, to evolve into Hitmonchan, I THINK his attack stat needs to be higher than his defence stat. So do what you can to make his attack stat 3 stages higher than his defence stat. Now, train him one level. His attack should still be higher than his defence, no matter what, and he should evolve into Hitmonchan.
If he evolves into Hitmonlee, turn off and restart your game. Now, do what you can to make his defence stat 3 stages higher than his attack stat. Train him one level, boom, his defence should still be higher than his attack, and I'm certain he will evolve into Hitmonchan if he didn't the first time.

Make sure that your tyroques att is higher than def (use protein) I'm pretty sure it's att... Anyway, level it up with it's att higher to get hitmonchan

It evolves at level 20.If it's attck is higher than defense it will evolve into hitmonlee,if defense is greater than attack it will evolve into hitmonchan,if attack & defense are equal it will evolve into hitmontop.

It evolves at lv 20 and if you want hitmonchamp raise it's atack so put some protein to raise it's attack!

I don't know what level he evloves at but to get hitmonchan his defense must be higher than his attack and vice versa for hitmonlee. But if you want hitmontop his attack and defense must be equal.
