All non-legendary Pokemon except baby Pokemon like pichu,elekid,togepi,happiny etc...& rotom can breed with ditto.

Any gendered Pokemon can breed with Ditto besides legendaries [excluding Manaphy]. In other words, no genderless Pokemon and no legendaries [excluding Manaphy] can breed with Ditto. And all you have to do before they breed is put an acceptable Pokemon + Ditto in the Daycare in Solaceon Town. No matter what, the 2 will breed, even if the guy says that the two don't seem to like eachother.

Every Pokemon (except legendaries) can breed with ditto you just have to put the two Pokemon in the day care centre and wait. Then the man will give the egg (which will be the other Pokemon you breeded with ditto).
