First,you need to have the National Pokedex,then go to Victort RoadThe guy who was blockind a door way is gone!

Get the National Dex, beat the Elite Four and return to Victory Road. You need to go through the enterance in the cave that was blocked one your first trip through. You will team up with a girl who has an Arcanine

When you were just getting out of victory road, remember the guy thatblocked a door. You must go through there and then there will be even more cave You must get your way out of there and that is how to get to route 224.

You need to beat the elite 4 and then get the national dex and then search victory road for the door on the right side of the beginning floor.

Well, first beat the E4. Then obtain the National Dex by seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. Now, go in the Victory Road entrance closer to the E4 HQ. Just go south, and go west towards an old man. Go up the stairs immediately past him and follow that path to the east. Enter the cave you come across, And enter the OTHER cave in that room, and use defog. Help the girl get to the end, and you exit as well. And voila, you're on Route 224!
