I caught mine on level 25. Sorry, I don't remeber what moves it had.

Here are the moves that Spiritomb learns;
Lvl 1 Confuse Ray
Lvl 1 Curse
Lvl 1 Spite
Lvl 1 Pursuit
Lvl 1 Shadow Sneak
Lvl 7 Faint attack
Lvl 13 Hypnosis
Lvl 19 Dream Eater
Lvl 25 Omnious Wind
Lvl 31 Sucker Punch
Lvl 37 Nasty Plot
Lvl 43 Memento
Lvl 49 Dark Pulse
Spiritomb should appear at lvl 30.
