1)can you catch and train up Pokemon that you catch in the pal park just like you catch and train Pokemon that you catch in the wild
2)is this team strongh enough for the Pokemon league

Luxray lvl-61
Diagla lvl-54
Evolved for of gible that I can't remember the name of lvl-59
Rapidash lvl-61
3)does anybody know what that guy in the cave on route 214 is doing
4)does anyone know where to get a usb conector or a wireless access point for the wi-fi thing
5)is there any way to get a lugia or ho-oh on diamond without using a nintendo event or any ar codes

1.) yes you can.
2.) you will make it past the first four and probably lose to the champ. P.S. It's garchomp
3.) the guy on route 214 wont let you in until you beat the Pokemon league. Then you can get oak's letter from AR and catch Shaymin.
4.) you go to wifi settings on the main menu before you start your game from where you last saved (where it says new game, options, etc.). Then search for an access point. Some names will come up. Pick one and test the connection. If it works, save the settings. Then you will have wifi.
5.) Eh, well you could use GTS. Thats it.

2.Yes,except for the Garchomp. Replace him with a level 60 Gyrados.
3.There is a cave behind that guy that is only accsesible after you beat the Pokemon league. Beyond that cave is route 224 which also holds shaymin at a rock that extends to the flower paradise from a nintendo event.
4.I have no idea.
5. You can migrate tem from your old Pokemon games.

1) Pokemon you catch in Pal Park are Pokemon you upload from your GBA games. For example, you can upload a level 92 Rayquaza, catch it in Pal Park, and then do what you like with it. So yeah, you can train the Pokemon you catch there.
2) I'd love to answer this, but until I see a moveset of said team I can't. It's not just about strength in the Pokemon League, you NEED to know your type advantages.
3) The man in that cave is basically digging his way through it. The more unknown you catch, the further that man digs and the bigger the cave gets. He's the key to letting you finish catching and completing the Unknown alphabet, but it's not compulsary if you don't want to catch Unknown.
4) Er... Go look in shops, or try Ebay?
5) The honest answer is no. Not unless you have Lugia or Ho-Oh on a GBA game and trade them across through Pal Park.

2) Yes, just try to level up the rest of your PKMN to lvl 65
3) After you beat the Pokemon League, you can go through there to go to Route 224. The Shaymin Event stone should be there.
4) Go to Target or Wal-Mart for the USB Connector, and an access point is found when you scan for one.
5) The only way is that you migrate them from FireRed, LeafGreen, or Emerald. (Nintendo Event)

1) Pokemon that you catch in pal park are normal pokemon. You can still level them up. They get boosted exp just like they were traded because it has the same OT and ID of the game you migrated from
2)As long as they have good moves it is ok.
It goes Gible -> Gabite -> Garchomp
3) He is digging through to the other side. He won't get there until you get the first 26 Unown. He will dig into a room that holds the 2 new Unowns. That is the only place you can get them.
4) You can get one at any gamestop or ebgames or any place like those
5) In emerald you need to use an event to get them and then migrate to Pokemon diamond or pearl. Other than that and AR there is no other way. Yet.
