Ditto- Route 218, use PokeRadar, and find a glowing patch
Red Gyradous- It's a shiny, you have a slim chance to get one. You can't get it as a story plot line.

I think there is a red Gyrados but it is a gyrados that is in it's shiny version so ya.

TO find Ditto go to route 218 but the easyier way to find him is by migrating him from firered or leafgreen
