Question for Pokemon Diamond
What is firmware?I download pokesav then run the action replay codelist thing, drag the file then it says "NOT A FIRMWARE FILE". Any ideas on what to do???

Firmware is the software used by your r4 (or equivilant), as for your problem, you should use pokesav for editing your save file and cheat code editor for adding cheats to your game separately.
Get your game id in cheat code editor, copy your id to google and your codes will be found there or download a usercheat.dat/cheat.dat file and copy it to your cheats folder.
