You can only trade between Diamond and Pearl (and with whatever game is on wii) if you migrate Pokemon from fire, leaf, ruby, sapphire or emerald, they wont ever be able to go back. Sorry.

Er, from Pearl, just go upstairs and go to the trading center.
When you want to migrate, just put the game in the GBA Slot, and on the Menu before you start the game, click 'Mirate from _____". You can't migrate Pokemon that have HM Moves.
