Question for Pokemon Diamond

Hey I'm new heres. Okay, is it possible to get a national pokedex BEFORE you beat the Elite 4?

And how do I train for the Elite 4? All my Pokemon are at like, Lvl 45.

Ya it is possible to get a national dex before beating elite four by using an action replay code.

I beat the elite 4 with two level 60's, but would say 6 at 60 wold ensure you winning, depending on the team.Also, it is not possible to get it util you beat the elite 4, they just made it that way.

No, it isn't possible to get the national dex because there are some Pokemon that the champion has that you couldn't have gotten yet. To train for the elite 4, water Pokemon should train at victory road, electric in oceans, and I'm not sure where else to train but I got a decent amount of level ups by trying and trying to beat the elite 4.

It is possible to get the National Dex before beating the E4. I just kept training in Victory Road. I managed to(somehow) beat them with 2 Lv 51's and 4 Lv 50's
