First fin a fossil then go to oreburgh(SP) city and go to the museum and talk to the scientist on the same floor that you came in give him the fossil walk out of the musem and back in right away and talk to him again and he will give you your pokemon if you have room

Talk to the scientist in oreburgh mining museum, walk out then walk back in with an empty party slot (take out 1 or more Pokemon from your team)
