Whats up I have a few questions what do you do after you have caught heatran and giritina my second ? Is where do you get a seal case and what do seals do my final ? Is where do you sign the back of your tranier card

2a seal case a boy from soleceon in his house
2b seals make a pokemons entrance into battle more dramatic put them on in your pc
And 3 the first lady on the topfloor on the pkmn center
