Question for Pokemon Diamond
What is the easiest way to train and catch legendary Pokemon, or rare Pokemon? And I don't want to go to the Daycare center, because your Pokemon won't like you.

To catch get them down into red and then through an ultra ball at it and hope that it gets it unless you use a master ball.
To train depending on what type of Pokemon it is and what level it's on then go in the wild if it's really low level and if it's not then use the vs. Seeker. It really helps.

The easiest way is to use an action replay and use the cheat code to get 999 rare candies and you can give them to any Pokemon you want but that will take the fun out of the game or you can just train at the Pokemon leage.

I find the best way to train Legendaries is to go to the Elite Four and equip you Legend with an EXP Share and fight the Elite Four a lot of times. Once it gets powerful enough you could maybe even take it solo and 1-hit kill all of their Pokes to train... At least I can do that, I transferred my Lvl 100 MewTwo from my Leaf Green version 
. There are only a couple, if not only 1, Pokes he can't knock out with one hit.
Catching Legendaries... What you will mainly want is a little bit of luck (Or maybe more then a little bit :/ ), loads of Poke Balls (I prefer catching them at night or in caves because Dusk Balls provide a higher Catch Rate there and then), and a decent Pokemon that knows False Swipe, which never kills Pokes because it always leaves them with 1 HP left, or a move that can somewhat weaken the Legendary without killing it. Another way to make your life easier is to save before the encounter and if you kill it, or don't catch it, then you can just reset your DS, reload the saved game data, and voila, your back where you were with the Legendary Poke still alive.
As for the Daycare Center... Meh, just don't like it. When your Poke learns a move (and most Legends learn moves above lvl 70, unlike most Pokes) they erase some random move, and it may be the one you wanted to keep. But actually, putting your Pokes in the Daycare won't make them hate you, actually it will make them like you more, unless my memory became faulty and I forgot what the "Making Pokemon Like/Hate You" walkthrough said about it. But I'm about 95% sure that it makes them like you more.
