What are all the ways to get a Level 50 Leafeon to learn Leaf Blade if it learns it at Level 71? Include Action Replay Codes too, if any.

If your Leafeon is for Battle Tower, it doesn't matter what level you enter it as, it will automatically bring it down to 50 (don't worry, it changes back). Otherwise, I don't see the problem.

Ok after you get a natoinal dex you talk to bebe in heartome city make shure you have room in your party then talk 2 her and she will give you an evee it will be lvl 5 when you get go to the eterna forest and find the rock that is partly surrounded by grass the rock is green lvl up your evee and it will evovle into leafeon
