Question for Pokemon Diamond
My friend e-mailed me and told me that you could get Darkrai, Shymian, and Arceus (all of which I do not know the spelling) without using any cheats or action replay or something. Is this true?

It IS possible, but you need to get them in real-life events, and the only event so far was the Darkrai giveaway at the tenth Pokemon Movie Premiere in Japan.

The only way that I know to get those Pokemon without cheating to going to a Nintendo Event.
