Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do you get Froslass? Also how do you get Kirlia or Raltz? Because I'm looking on the right route.

Ok for frosslass around acuity lakefront you know the place with snow use the pokeradar get snowrunt hope you didnt use a dawn stone or was it shiny well one of those and use it on snowrunt. For raltz route 204 use pokeradar again. Oh ps try to get a boy raltz to get gallade I think you need some stone shiny or dawn well use it when the boy raltz is a kirlia

You give a dawn stone to a female snorut. If you are looking in the right route use you pokeradar, thats how I found ralts.

To get Frostlass you need to use Dawn Stone on a female Snorunt, so basically you can make female a Snorunt evolve into either Glalie or Frostlass.
To get Ralts you have to look on Route 203 and Route 204, but only when using the Poke Radar. This is the same case with Kirlia.
