What website do you go to to make a certain pokemon? I've been searching for a WHILE now... Can SOMEONE help me!? Please!

In my opinion, you should use pokesav. You put in the details you want, and it will generate a code. Ask around the forums and maybe even the teams. They will give you a link if you ask a pro.

In order to make a Pokemon, you need to find and download pokesav, there you can generate codes for your ds action replay. Sorry I don't know a place to download Pokesav though.
