How do you get the mystery gift and where can I find the three other legends that stoped dilga from doing what he was doing?

Mystery Gift- Go to Jublife's TV Station 2nd floor, and talk to the guy standing next to the woman at the bottom. Put this as an answer; Everyone Happy and Wifi Connection.
You can find the 3 Sprits by going to they're dome (All the Lakes), and fight them. You need to surf to the middle of the lake though. Mesprit will flee though, and you can only encounter it in the wild. You need Mean Eye to catch it though.

Tell a guy on the 3rd floor of the Jubilife TV Station "Everybody Happy" and "Wi-Fi Connection" to get Mystery Gift. To get the Legendary Trio, go to Lake Acuity(Snowpoint) to get Uxie(yellow), go to Lake Verity(where you got your starter) to see Mesprit(pink. It will then run and you need the Marking Map app for your poketch to find it), and go to Lake Valor(the one that you had to go to after getting your 6th badge to get Azelf(blue)

I'm not sure about the mystery gift, but the three legendary Pokemon that you are refering to are the Psychic Pokemon, Uxie, Mesprit and Azlef. You can only get the chance to catch these Pokemon after you have visited Spear Pillar at the top of Mt. Coronet and caught or defeated Dialga. You can find Uxie at Lake Acuity, just surf to the middle into the cave and you'll find it in there.
For Azlef it's the same deal, except it's located at Lake Valor.
Mesprit it a bit more tricky, you'll be able to find it in Lake Verity, but you won't be able to battle it there. Once you press on it it will flee, and you'll have to pursue it if you hope to catch it, just like Latias/ Latios or Raiku/ Suicune/ Entei in previous games. The easiest way to find it is be obtaining the poke app Marking Map from the guy in the app making place in Jubilife City, because it will show where it is at the present time.

Go to Jublife TV's third floor and talk to the man standing next to a beauty. When he asks you a question, for the first response say "Everyone Happy" then, for the next question, answer "Wi-Fi Connection". Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf can all be found in their respective lakes after quelling Dialga/Palkia.

Hey^^ (mystery gift) go toJubilife City and then the big centrum thing go to the second floor and then you have to talk to the guy near the girl and the 3 pokemons do you mean azelf uxie and mesprit??? They are in the lake things^^
