You can get Cranidos from the skull fossil. Just take your fossil to the guy behind the counter in the mine museum in Oreburgh Town. He'll take it and tell you to leave him alone, so just go to the Pokemon center, make a spare spot in your party and when you go back to talk to him he will give you your Cranidos. :D

Cranidous comes from the Skull Fossil, you can get others from the Underground.
