To get Strength, go to the top of Lost Tower(or whatever it is called) south of Solaceon and for defog, talk to a guy with green hair near the enterance to the Great Marsh(by the train)

You can get Strength from an old lady on the 5th floor of lost tower, and Defog from a man in pastoria great marsh (he should be the one standing closest to the entrance when you first get in).

for azure flute you have to go to jubilife city and go to the 3rd floor in the tv building and talk to a guy. he will ask you 2 questions for the first one say everyone happy the second say wifi connection he will pull a few strings and you trun off your ds (save) go to mystery gift then receive gift then wfc and you will get the flute. no event or cheats.
