You can get the Flute to Arcues by a Nintendo event. You obtain it from Mystery Gift, then go to the PokeMart. Someone in there should have the Flute.

Have dialga/palkia as your leader and hold L when you go into a pokemart you have 40% to get the azuru flute (Heavens flute),Harbor inn key, or oak's leter wich ar used to get arceus,darkie,or shaymin.

You can l get the flute at jubilife tv station buildng and you ge arceaus by going to mount cornet with the flute then blow in it

There are 3 ways:
1.hacking
2.event
3.go to Pokemon D/P/Pl then go to "nintendo WFC settings"
Then go to nintendo wi-fi connection settings then click any work connection then make your DNS tp 76. 97.173 81 then go to the GTS then enter then w8 for a pokeball to come down and TADA arceus.(if doesn't work idk why don't blame me it worked for me and I got 6 arceuses. X3 xD)
