In veilstine city the person that made the pc should give evee to you

You can go to Bebe in Heartome City and she gives you one. Then you can jsut make a bunch of babbies of it or you can go to the Trophy Garden and get lucky and find one.

You will need the national dex and once you do so(if you havn't already), go to Bebe in harthome. Her house is next to the Pokemon center.

Okay, go to Hearthome, then I believe to the right of the Pokemon center is a house. It should be the one that Bebe lives in or it is somewhere around there. Talk to here and have one open spot for the Eevee in your party and she will give you one. You can also catch them at Mr. Backlots, but only the days he sees them will you find them in his garden.

Talk to Bebe in Hearthome City. Her house is next to the Pokemon Center. You need the National Dex

Fly(or walk)to Heatrhome city and go to the building next to the Pokemon center. Talk to girl in the house and she will give you an Eevee if you have a spot open in your party. (You may have to talk to her twice.)

After you beat the Elite Four, go to Hearthome City, and go to Bebe's house. Talk to her, and she'll give you an Eevee if you answer yes to her question. You must have space in your party though. Breed it if you know what's good for you, so you can get the other Eeveelutions.
