Question for Pokemon Diamond

Yeah I read somewhere that you can trade evolve a Pokemon without trading it to another, is this true and if so can you tell me how to do it, it has something to do with the GTS or like that.

No, the only thing GTS has to do with anything is cloning. I am sorry, there is no way to do that.
