If you go in there at midnight and you go to the back rooms there will be on with a tv. If you press A against the tv it will say that it sees a Pokemon or something like that. And thats when you encounter Rotom. I think he is at like 15 so it shouldnt be too hard to catch.

Nothing really, just get a couple of items... Ghosts appear though afterwards. YOu could also catch Rotom there.. Only at night though.

I believe it's where you catch gengar and haunter and rotum, a legendary.

At night time look at the tv and you can catch a rare Pokemon (i forget what it's called)
