Question for Pokemon Diamond
Ok, I typed in the poke modifier code with the 493 masterballs to discard to get any Pokemon on my action replay to catch wild Pokemon shiny or not. How come after awhile it wont let me trade the Pokemon on Wi-Fi that I catch using the code. They don't have wonder guard or anything cheap.

The reason is you cheated to get them. WI-FI is now banning all hacked Pokemon. Even if they did not have outragous stuff like Wonder Guard or Moves hacked like Spacial Rend, Dark Void, or Roar of Time, they were not obtained legit.
