The twins above Solaceon will have lv 60s eventually, the pikachu girl and the ranger below Solaceon. By the Pokemon Mansion theres these old people from when you're coming from Hearthome. They will have lv 60s and have a amulet coin because they give out good money.

Ok this is what I did because I just got a new team. First level them up in the grass with wild pokemon. Once they are on level 15 use the verus seeker to go battle other trainers. That will really start to get them up expecially if the trainers Pokemon give you alot of experience. Keep doing this and moving them in to different routes with stronger Pokemon until they are able to battle the Elite 4. Once they are that strong you are home free. You pretty much just have to follow what the wild Pokemon levels are at to determine how strong the random trainers are. Hope this helps you.

The best place I can think of is Sendoff Spring, Victory Road, the routes that connect the Battle, Resort, and Survival Areas, or the route that is East(left) of Sunyshore.

I like to train naer Sunyshore City and sometimes in the area were the Battle Tower is. I like training in these places because of the tough trainers there.
