Where are the trainers that have gible garchomp gabite rampardos chimeecho blissey clefable and snorlax?

Most dragon trainers will have a gible or a gabite and the the E4 champion has a garchomp and a blissey. You can find a trainer in victory road with a rampardos and I think there is also a trainer with a chimecho in victory road but I'm not sure. A Clefable your gonig to have to get by getting a clefairy in MT. Coronet and giving it a moonstone and the Snorlax I don't really remember but I think theres one in victory road to.

Gible-Dragon Tamer in Victory Road
Gabite-Dragon Tamer in Victory Road
Garchomp-Champion Cynthia
Rampardos-Ace Trainer in Victory Road
Chimecho-Psychic in Victory Road
Blissey-Ace Trainer in Victory Road
Clefable-Ace Trainer in Victory Road
Snorlax-Rival before E4
The Dragon Tamer with the Gabite is not the same as the one with Gible. The Ace Trainers are all different, too.

Gible- Dragon Tamer in Victory Road
Gabite- Dragon Tamer in Victory Road
Garchomp- Cynthia (League Champ) has one
Rampardos- Ace trainer in Victory Road has one
Chimecho- 5th and 6th floor of Mt. Corenet. (Wild Chimechos)
Clefable- Trainer in Victory Road has one
Blissey- Trainer in Victory Road has one
Snorlax- Rival has one
