Ok, on the Peak of Spear Pillar, after entering caves and things, you will come across stairs leading to the Spear Pillar, the home of Dialga/Palkia, and later, after Action Replay or Nintendo Events, Arceus.

At the top of mount coronet where you capture dialga/palkia enter mount coronet from hearthome city side

The top of mount coronet. Remember where you found dialga? Thats the spear pillar. Havent found dialga yet? Hes at the spear pillar at the top of mount coronet, it's pretty straight forward to get to as long as you get started off in the right direction, by going down the stairs into the room where you need to use fog clear. If you can get to the steps in the uppermost left corner of that room getting to the top is pretty gosh darn simple

The Spear Pillar is at the Peak of Mt. Corenet. It is the location where you will (or already) fight (fought) Dialga.
