Question for Pokemon Diamond
Where can I find a pokeradar? Can someone please help me cause I'm trying to find togepi so I can evolve it into a togekiss but I can't find one because I need a pokeradar so can someone please tell me where I can find one thank you!

Do you have the National dex yet? You get the radar as soon as you get the National Dex.
