Question for Pokemon Diamond
Where can you talk to Dawn after obtaining the National Pokedex? I used the cheat(Pokedex 100% complete) and have the nat.pokedex, but she isn't in the lab or in her house. What do I do?

Dawn is standing outside of the Lab when you do it legit, but If you haven't beaten the story portion (Before E4), she will be in the location that she will interact in the story.

Dont talk to anyone is my suggestion. There are rumors that nintendo is stoping AR users from going on wi-fi by detecting things like this when you talk to the person you need to talk to.
If you still want to talk to one of them Rowan should be in the lab and dawn outside the front door.

You can talk to her when you arrive at the fight area and then next when you talk to Buck and Buck and Dawn will run off to Stark Mountain.
