Question for Pokemon Diamond

Is the Old Chataeu the Old Mansion everyone keeps typing about?The one with the trainer and the trophy case or whatever,if it is,could someone give me specific instructions how to get to the owner.

Ps-in the old chataeu,when I went upstairs to the many rooms,next door I saw a creepy little girl left the room the was to my right.it was really scary because it felt like I was being stalked in my own game...if you know what shes four or how to get to her,please tell me.That'll be all

I'm not sure about a trainer and a trophy but I know for sure the OLd Chateu is a great place to catch gastly and it also has Rotom a electric ghost guy in a tv that you can go over to and try to catch him, be careful though he is only there once in the whole game so save before you try!

The "Old Mansion" they're talking about is the Trophy Garden. It is south of Hearthome City, and once inside you can just talk to the owner. The girl is just to make the Chataeu seem more creepy (Just like the butler in the dining room).
