Is there any way to get Aerodactol or kabutops Pokemon diamond and pearl without using any cheat divices or using Pal Park.

Yes, I believe you can find their fossils in the undeground. If not you could always trade for one.

There is. Just dig up the Dome Fossil and the Old Amber out of the underground and revive them by giving them to the Scientist in the Oreburg museum. With an empty spot in your party, exit the building and reenter. Talk to the scientist after you gave hime the Dome Fossil or Old Amber, and you should have an Aerodactyl or Kabuto depending on which fossil you gave him first.
