Question for Pokemon Diamond
I have the National Pokedex, and I need a swinub and a beldum, so, because they are swarminig Pokemon, I go tho the other rivals house and talk to her sister and she just tells me that I'm doing the pokedex thingy like her big sis. Tell me how step by step please

You have to talk to Dawn (or her boy equivelent) and she will mention her sister. Go to the sister and she will say a location of a swarm Pokemon. The swarm Pokemon change by the day, so make sure you take advanatage of what is avalible.
