Negative, theres only one that you can get by regular means and thats from cyrus after you beat him to save uxie azelf and mesprit. With that in mind you can win one on any given day by the lottery in jubilife city, this however is exceedingly rare as it requires you to match up exactly an ID number of your Pokemon with a random selection for that day. Trainer ID's are 5 digits so there are ten thousand (10000) different possiblilities making it nearly impossible to get it right on the money. Now trading to get Pokemon with different original trainers and therefore different ID numbers will increase your chances but really only negligibly. You need to be one luck mofo to get a masterball from the lottery
