Where do you get the PokeNav at? I need to get a larvitar....

You don't get the PokeNav, I think you mean PokeRadar. YOu get that from Prof. Oak when you go inside the Pal Park building.

PokeNavs are in Ruby/Sapphire (not sure about Emerald) ONLY. They are not in Diamond/Pearl. There is a town map you get from your rival's mom. You can look for Larvitar in the pokedex if you saw him. You can catch him using pokeradar in route 207 in Diamond version only.

You do not get a PokeNav in this game,but you do ge a PokeRadar which is given to you by Professor Rowan as a reward of getting your National Pokedex.
